Seasonality in the property market

Seasonality is an important factor to take into account when selling your home because the seasons affect people’s habits – here’s what we see happening over the next few months.

We’ve just come out of the end of summer season which tends to be one of the slowest times of the year.  People are generally focused on getting their kids back into school and getting back into their regular routines.

We see an uptick in activity in Nashville once we get past Labor Day, and then things will stay busier through October and early November.

Once we enter the holiday season things will slow down significantly until we get into the new year.

The good news is that the Nashville spring selling season starts early, and we typically see more inventory and more buyers shopping by the time we get into February.
