The Neighborhood

Just south of downtown, the aptly named Wedgewood Houston, or WeHo for short, sits between Houston Street to the north and Wedgewood Avenue to the south. Nolensville Pike and 8th Avenue are its neighbors to the east and west, making it convenient for commuters or those wanting to explore nearby neighborhoods. The once industrial area is now a thriving creative community filled with art galleries and co-working spaces that offer a lot more than desk space. WeHo is easily walkable and has a little something for everyone.

The Market

WeHo has a variety of housing options ranging from charming vintage bungalows to more modern condos and townhomes. For the urban dweller, converted factories offer live-work communities that cultivate innovation while preserving the past.

The Lifestyle

WeHo has developed a unique identity, attracting artists, foodies, history enthusiasts, music lovers, and families. The established neighborhood holds both a historic character and an industrial aesthetic that draws residents looking for something uniquely urban. The area also has beautiful parks, funky shops and antique stores, and restaurants that are locally-owned and breathing new life into the neighborhood. Nashville’s first pro soccer team will also call the area home soon with a new stadium near the fairgrounds.
