The Neighborhood
East Nashville is a large neighborhood encompassing many communities on a swath of land to the east and north of the Cumberland River. The river serves as one border and Gallatin Pike and East Trinity Lane form the others. Historically, East Nashville has been a very desirable area, but much of the area was destroyed in the great fire of 1916. It took almost a century for the area to fully recover but it has rebounded and reclaimed its former glory. Today, residents love the high-caliber restaurants, shops, and sense of community that East Nashville is known for.
The Market
East Nashville is an incredibly eclectic area to live. On the outlying edges, you’ll find high-end luxury condos for sale. Closer to the heart of the neighborhood, residents live in cute cottages, bungalows, and craftsmen style homes, some of which have been lovingly restored.
The Lifestyle
East Nashville is known as one of the coolest and trendiest neighborhoods in the city. From top-ranked restaurants to unique shops, there are a plethora of things to explore. This area is also known for smaller music venues that feature top local talent. Spend your days walking the Five Points area or head to Eastland Avenue to explore all this area has to offer.
